Paul Moore & Issue #3
I received the art for five pages of issue number three. It's a short story drawn by Scottish artist, Paul Moore. Paul has draw for Red leaf Comics before. He crafted a six page IMPERIALS spin-off tale starring Victoria Cross, written by Warhammer novelist C.L.Werner.
Pauls' art is stunning. He pulls off a handful of scenes detailing a Bavarian castle and its surrounding landscape. His depiction of Dracula is amazing with rich detail and a definite mood that inspires tones from classic Hammer films of the 1960's.
It's a tale only for Paul's hand and pen. I quickly printed out the pages and hand wrote the dialog over each panel so I could enjoy his inking on a different level.
We are so very proud to present "The Gift" by Paul Moore. Written by John Michael Helmer and letters by T. Warren Montgomery.
Appearing in issue number three of The Leaf due out in April of 2011.
